Do I keep control of my pricing?
Yes, absolutely. You set your own prices for every grade and volume tier. MixHub never overrides or discounts your pricing without your approval.
How does the service fee work?
We charge a flat service fee on the order value (ex-GST) for completed deliveries only. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or charges on cancelled orders. Get in touch for details.
What technology integration is required?
None to get started. You manage orders through our web-based supplier portal. If you want automated dispatch integration with your existing systems, we can set that up later, but it’s not required.
How and when do I get paid?
We settle weekly by electronic funds transfer into your nominated bank account. You’ll receive a remittance advice with a breakdown of every order in the settlement.
Is there a minimum commitment or lock-in?
No. There’s no minimum order volume, no exclusivity, and no lock-in contract. You can pause or leave at any time.
Will this compete with my existing customers?
We focus on SME demand: small concreters and builders who aren’t typically in your sales pipeline. You choose when to accept orders, so you can prioritise your existing relationships.
What areas do you cover?
We’re launching in Greater Sydney. You define your own delivery radius in the portal. We only send you orders within the area you’re willing to service.
